- Security verification information: Cloudflare Turnstile signals used to help distinguish real users from automated submissions.

- To respond to business, recruiting, SkillBridge, publication, and partnership inquiries.
- To evaluate and contact individuals who voluntarily submit the Fuel Operators Response Network form.
- To match potential temporary fuels-support opportunities with qualifications, availability, credentials, and supported locations.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To protect forms from spam, abuse, and automated submissions.
- To comply with legal, contractual, audit, security, and government-contracting obligations.
4. Fuel Operators Response Network
The Fuel Operators Response Network form is a voluntary interest form for potential short-term fuels, fuel delivery, aircraft refueling, terminal, dispatch, quality control, maintenance, accounting, and related support opportunities. Submitting the form does not guarantee employment, assignment, selection, or a contractor engagement.
We use the submitted information to determine whether a future opportunity may match your stated qualifications, credentials, availability, and supported locations. Some Department of Defense or government-contract opportunities may have citizenship, work authorization, base-access, credential, or location-specific requirements. We ask for a work authorization / citizenship category only to help determine which opportunities may be available; we do not request sensitive identity document numbers through this form.
Operator Network submissions are processed through Microsoft Azure, written to a restricted Microsoft SharePoint list, and accessible only to authorized Maytag personnel with a business need, such as HR, recruiting, and operational personnel involved in evaluating potential support needs.
5. Legal bases where privacy laws require one
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR require a legal basis for processing, Maytag relies on one or more of the following, depending on the context:
- Steps prior to a potential contract: to evaluate a person who asks to be considered for potential contractor opportunities.
- Legitimate interests: to maintain a qualified operator response network, respond to inquiries, secure the website, prevent abuse, and support business operations.
- Legal or contractual obligations: where processing is necessary for government-contracting, audit, compliance, security, or legal requirements.

The current site stores cookie preferences under maytag_cookie_consent_v2 in browser local storage. Necessary security services, such as Turnstile on protected forms, may operate even when optional analytics is declined.

We may share or process information with service providers that help us operate the website and manage submissions, including:
- Microsoft Azure for form processing.
- Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint for storing Operator Network submissions.
- Cloudflare Turnstile for form security and bot prevention.
- Website hosting, content delivery, security, and analytics providers used to operate the public website.
- External recruiting systems linked from this website, such as the Careers link, when you choose to visit those external systems.
- Government, legal, audit, or compliance recipients when required by law, contract, or legitimate business need.
8. International processing
Maytag Aircraft is based in the United States. Information submitted through this website may be processed and stored in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, Maytag uses contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information transferred internationally.
9. Retention
- Operator Network submissions: retained for up to 24 months from the latest submission or meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required or appropriate for legal, contract, audit, dispute-resolution, or government-contracting purposes.
- General inquiries: retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, or support follow-up communications.
- Website and security logs: retained for a limited period appropriate for security, troubleshooting, audit, and operational needs.
- Cookie preferences: retained in your browser until you clear browser storage or update your preferences.
